Consider dining at local eateries for authentic Neapolitan pastries, as the breakfast selection is limited.

A balcony view to cherish
Waking up to the aroma of fresh pastries on the balcony was like living in a postcard. The design of each room reflects a perfect blend of modern luxury and Italian charm.
While the central location is a delight, the noise levels can be a challenge at night, disrupting sleep. Additionally, the self-check-in process felt a bit stressful at first, especially after a long journey.

The Superior Double Room was super clean with mega comfy beds. Showers had brilliant pressure. Breakfast included fresh cakes and Italian meats, which was lovely. The 15-minute walk to the main train station made getting around easy. Plus, the location was nice and quiet despite being central. Self-check-in felt a bit stressful, especially after a long trip. Also, check-out at 10am felt too early, especially given the breakfast hours. I would still recommend this place – can't wait to return!

missingWrote a review on Nov 06charming balconycomfortable mattressesconfusing check-in
The room featured a charming balcony that added a nice touch and made for a pleasant stay. Comfortable mattresses provided decent rest when the tumult of the day was over.
Check-in left something to be desired—arriving just before receptionist hours ended led to a confusing self-check-in process. The breakfast start time of 8:30 a.m. felt late, especially for anyone needing an early exit. The balcony door was incredibly stiff, creating a hassle whenever I wanted to step outside. Floors in certain areas felt uneven, which was a bit unsettling when walking around, and several electrical outlets had missing covers.

The room was immaculate, stylish, and spacious.
The self-check-in process was confusing and stressful, especially when arriving late. We felt uneasy about the elevator's condition—it seemed quite outdated. Breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m., which was too late for us as we had an early departure.

Had an amazing time with friends! The breakfast was delicious and served personally, and the staff offered great suggestions for exploring. We visited the nearby San Carlo Theatre and Palazzo Reale Napoli, both a short distance away. The check-in process was smooth. I highly recommend it!
